This policy describes how personal data of users of Telegram bot @bad_video_bot and website badvideo.ru is processed.

The controller is the owner and administrator of badvideo.ru / Telegram bot @bad_video_bot. The controller’s personal details (full name, tax ID, address) are not published publicly.

We do not request passport data, card details (processed by the payment partner) or special categories of personal data.

- providing Service features and fulfilling the offer;
- tracking limits, plans and the referral program;
- accepting payments and issuing receipts;
- support and handling requests;
- security and abuse prevention;
- aggregated statistics and Service improvement.
4. Legal bases
- performance of a contract (offer);
- user consent — when providing email and using the Service;
- legitimate interests — ensuring operation and security while respecting user rights.
5. Third parties
Data may be shared with:
- Telegram — bot operation (see telegram.org/privacy);
- Payment partners (YooKassa, CloudPayments, Robokassa, etc.) — payment and receipts;
- Cash register operators — where required by law;
- Hosting provider — server hosting (processor on our behalf).
We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising without separate consent.
6. Retention
- account and plan history — while the Service is used and up to 3 years after last activity (disputes and accounting);
- payment data — at least as long as needed for disputes, refunds and records (typically up to 3 years);
- email — until consent is withdrawn or deletion is requested, if no outstanding obligations remain.
7. Security
Organizational and technical measures: restricted server access, HTTPS, admin access controls, backups.
8. Your rights
You may:
- request information about processing of your data;
- request correction, blocking or deletion where grounds exist;
- withdraw consent (to the extent it does not prevent contract performance or legal compliance).
Send requests to support with your Telegram ID. Response time — up to 30 days.

badvideo.ru uses minimal technical means to display pages. Analytics cookies, if added, will be described in an updated policy.
