Public offer for provision of services
This document is an official offer under applicable law. Paying for a plan in the Telegram bot means acceptance of this offer.
Published: 17 June 2026
1. Provider
Services are provided by the owner and administrator of badvideo.ru / Telegram bot @bad_video_bot (the “Provider”). The Provider acts as an individual; personal details (full name, tax ID) are not published publicly.
Contacts: badvideo.ru/contacts, @bad_video_support, mail@badvideo.ru
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Provider grants the Customer (User) access to extended features of the software service — Telegram bot @bad_video_bot (the “Service”) — under the selected plan.
2.2. The service is digital: access is activated automatically in the User’s Telegram account after payment is confirmed.
2.3. The Provider does not sell or transfer ownership of audiovisual works, music or other third-party content. The Service technically processes links submitted by the User within the selected plan.
2.4. Use of the Service is also governed by the user agreement.
3. Plans and prices
3.1. Current plans, limits and prices are shown in the Service (/tariff, “My plan”).
3.2. As of publication, plans include:
- Free tier — limited link processing per day (no payment), ads may be shown.
- Extra pack — one-time payment for additional processing quota.
- 30-day unlimited plan — extended access without ads for a fixed period.
- 365-day unlimited plan — extended access without ads for a fixed period.
3.3. The Provider may change prices and plans. Changes do not affect already paid and active access periods.
3.4. Automatic recurring charges are not used. Paid access is renewed manually by the User.
4. Order and payment
4.1. Order flow: select a plan in the Service → proceed to payment. For card payments the User provides an email for the receipt; for Telegram Stars no email is required.
4.2. Payment methods:
- bank card via a payment partner (YooKassa, CloudPayments, Robokassa or another shown in the payment UI);
- Telegram’s in-app currency — Telegram Stars (when available in the Service).
4.3. Before payment the User confirms acceptance of this offer and the privacy policy.
4.4. The service is deemed provided when the plan is activated in the Service after successful payment.
4.5. For card payments a receipt is sent to the User’s email where required by law. Receipt description: access to Service features (specific plan name).
5. Rights and obligations
5.1. The Provider shall:
- grant access to Service features according to the paid plan;
- send a receipt for card payments (when a valid email is provided);
- provide technical support via channels listed in contacts.
5.2. The User shall:
- use the Service lawfully and only for materials they are entitled to access;
- not infringe third-party rights or source platform rules;
- provide a valid email for receipts (card payments only);
- comply with the user agreement.
6. Refunds
6.1. Refund rules are set out in the digital services refund policy.
6.2. The service is provided electronically and begins immediately after payment. By paying, the User confirms they are informed about the nature of the service and agree to its commencement before any statutory withdrawal period expires for digital services delivered remotely.
6.3. If a technical failure is the Provider’s fault, restoring access or extending the plan period takes priority.
7. Liability
7.1. The Provider is not liable for failure to process a specific link for reasons beyond its control (removed content, source restrictions, third-party actions).
7.2. The Provider is not liable for unlawful use of the Service by the User.
7.3. Total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount of the User’s last payment for the disputed plan, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Personal data
Processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
9. Force majeure
Parties are released from liability for failure to perform due to force majeure (including Telegram outages, payment system failures, external API blocks), provided the other party is notified within a reasonable time.
10. Disputes
10.1. Claims should be sent to support: @bad_video_support or email from contacts. Response time — up to 10 business days.
10.2. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved under applicable law.
11. Term and changes
11.1. This offer is valid until withdrawn by the Provider.
11.2. The Provider may amend the offer. A new version takes effect when published on this page unless another date is stated.
