User agreement

Published: 17 June 2026

1. Terms

Service — software in the form of a Telegram bot that processes links submitted by the user and delivers the result to the user’s Telegram chat.

User — an individual using the Service.

Provider — owner and administrator of the Service; see contacts.

2. Purpose of the Service

The Service provides a technical means to process a link to a publicly available media item and receive a file in a private chat with the bot for personal offline viewing or listening.

The Service is not a file hosting service, does not publish a content catalog and does not provide access to materials without a user-initiated link.

3. User obligations

  1. Use the Service lawfully and only for materials you are entitled to use (personal non-commercial use, openly licensed content, your own content, etc.).
  2. Do not use the Service for mass copying, distribution, public display or commercial use of third-party content without rights holder consent.
  3. Do not attempt to bypass platform restrictions, hack, overload the infrastructure or abuse the free tier.
  4. Be solely responsible for infringement of third-party rights when using the Service.

4. Free and paid plans

The free tier includes a limited number of processing operations per day (current value in the bot, /tariff) and may include ads.

Paid plans extend limits and/or disable ads. Terms and prices are in the bot and offer. No automatic renewal.

5. Limitation of liability

  1. The Service is provided “as is”. The Provider does not guarantee successful processing of every link (source limits, removed content, regional blocks, etc.).
  2. The Provider is not liable for user actions or content linked by users.
  3. Liability for paid plan claims is limited to the amount paid for the relevant plan in the last paid period, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

6. Access restrictions

The Provider may temporarily or permanently restrict access for agreement violations, abuse, legal requirements or rights holder requests — without compensation if restriction is due to the user’s breach.

7. Intellectual property

Rights to the Service code, interface and brand belong to the Provider. Rights to content obtained via link processing are governed by the source and applicable law; the Provider acquires no rights to such content.

8. Personal data

Processing is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes

The Provider may update this agreement. The current version is published on this page. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
